South Beach Shopping
There's something that you need to do when you go on vacation. Yes, you should go and see all the tourist attractions. You're a tourist, that's what they're for! You should also get your feet wet with the locals, get a little sand in your shoes. But there's something even more important you should do. You have to go shopping! Especially when you're in South Beach, where there are so many wonderful shops, boutiques, and malls, not going out and getting a souvenir or three would be a shame! This is a place that likes to be a step above the ordinary, and you'll find that we do that well in our shopping in South Beach.
You will find the most shopping in the Ocean Drive area, clustered in among the art deco buildings. There are three main areas to shop, including Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue. It's not a coincidence that these areas are also where you'll find the enormously popular nightclubs run by celebrities. If you're worried about not meeting the dress code of these clubs, stop into some of the stores housed at Bal Harbour Shops. This is an internationally renowned shopping mall with some of the most upscale and trendiest shops this side of Europe. If Giorgio Armani, Gianni Versace or Coco Paris don't have the perfect outfit, it hasn't been created yet! Of course, if you'd rather scale down the budget a bit, we can do that too. You'll also find Brooks Brothers, Gap, Banana Republic, LaCoste, Polo/Ralph Lauren, and Saks Fifth Avenue here, making this mall seem a lot like someone picked up Paris, Madrid, and New York City, then rolled them all up into one building and set it down on a lovely piece of property. You can enjoy the open air, and when you're tired of browsing, sit down to a great meal.
Whatever types of merchandise you're looking for, you're likely to find it here in South Beach. We have some pretty incredible shopping here, so make sure you have lots of room in your suitcase to bring home to goodies you're going to find. Everyone on your gift list is going to be thrilled with what you bring home from South Beach.
